Real Estate Course Descriptions
Sales Associate Pre-License Course
This course is required by the Florida Real Estate Commission in order to take the state exam and consists of 63 classroom hours. The course covers Florida real estate licensing law chapter 475, real estate practices, principles and math. Students must pass an end of course exam with a score of 70 or higher out of 100 questions.
Sales Associate Post License Course
This course is required by the Florida Real Estate Commission before the first renewal of the sales associate's license. This course consists of 45 classroom hours. This course reinforces some of the important aspects of the principles, practices and the law. It also covers working with us buyers and sellers in the marketplace. Students must pass the end of course exam with a score of 75 or higher out of 100 questions.
Roads to Success , Sales Training Course
This course is a must for the serious agent, who wants a full-time career in real estate. Roads to Success is an overview of the business from a top agent's perspective. This course will save you years of trial and error and on-the-job learning and teach you the right way to run a successful business.
14 Hour Continuing Education
This course as required for sales associates, broker associates and brokers to renew their license every two years after the first renewal.. This course consists of 14 classroom hours and must include three hours of core law. No test is required if done in a classroom. A 30 question, open book test is required, if taken online or on CD-ROM.
Contracts and Addendum's
If you want to know how to fill out and explain contracts, and which addendums to use then this class is for you. We will go through the standard clauses and addendums of contracts to explain what they mean and how they affect the sale.
Managing E-Mail Accounts
E-mail correspondence is becoming very important in our daily business activities. We will show you how to set up separate e-mail accounts to be able to handle different contacts of your business more efficiently.
Mastering a Digital Camera and Photos
In today's market, we are using digital cameras for buyers and sellers. We take pictures of houses to upload them on the Internet and send them to our buyers. There are more virtual tours out there that the agent has to input the pictures themselves. These programs require us to resize and sometimes reformat the pictures. This class will help you learn to download and organize your pictures on your computer you will learn how to change the resolution and format of your pictures for different programs.
